CORE MESSAGE FOR SEPTEMBER: "What a ONEderful world" Taken from the theme of the sixth annual One Book One New Orleans community-wide reading project, this month the JPPSS Even Start program will be reading this year selection, Satchmo: My Life in New Orleans, Louis Armstrong's 1954 Memoir.
